As we were talking through our set design, as a group we realised that our main lead singer had not enough things to do in our 2 elements which is with the models and when he his by himself. so as a group we thought of other possible ideas of what he could do within those to scenes. We had originally thought of an idea of him shuffling cards or counting money or throwing a knife but then those certain actions can become to repetitive and boring and they do not relate to the narrative of our music video.Also if we had money it would not look realistic if it was fake money, but if it was real money it would not be durable since we wouldn't have a large amount he could shuffle with or play with.
We decided upon adding a cane and a chair as a prop because as it goes well with his costume and helps create a visual representation of him being classy and sophisticated. Having the brown cane compliments the leather chair. We decided to have the leather chair as we would like to have the lead singer sit in different positions on the chair for when he is in the scene when he is by him self and with the models. As a group we like the colour of the chair since it will compliment the dark background and stand out a bit but not too much that it wont take the focus away from the lead singer.
